We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy, we accept returns of new, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

  • Hygiene Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as electrodes are non-returnable if the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
