Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders under $60.

Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.
Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email containing tracking details.

Tracking is also available via the Order Confirmation Page and your Account section.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking email.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Sometimes carriers may mark packages as “Delivered” before they arrive. In many cases, the package is delivered within 1–4 business days after the status is updated.

If your package is still missing after 4 business days of being marked “Delivered,” please check around your property and with neighbors. If still not located, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Please note: Axion is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Delays or Inactive Tracking

If tracking information shows no activity for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service so we can investigate with the carrier.
Address Changes After Ordering

Orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

If you need to update your address, please contact Customer Service within a few hours of placing the order. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes are not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly to request an address change. Additional fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
