How to Use
Ensure the skin is dry and residue-free
Place the TENS unit pads on the target area
Twisting the nob on the top to switch on the device
Press "Program" to select from 8 pain relief modes
Press the "Timer" button to adjust duration
Turn the knob to set a comfortable level
